Sounds like a mash-up of "gizzard" (an organ found in the digestive tract of some animals, including birds) and "giblets" (the edible offal of a fowl).

I read a lot about prepping turkeys this last Thanksgiving.

in my head gisellet is pronounced gizz-ell-et. i like the name giselle thought it's not my style but this is an abomination.
