[identity profile] babyleah15.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
I'm trying to decide what I would name a 3rd child. We want another baby, probably next year. Our kids' names are Leah Michelle (girl, age - almost 3), and Eli James (boy, age - 8 months) . There are so many names I love but I don't think they go with our kids' names. I really like William, Elizabeth and Jane but I don't think they match well. Some names we've discussed

for a girl - Rose Elizabeth, Abigail Rose, Rebekah Jane, Hannah Bethany.
for a boy - Joel William, Noah William, Andrew William, Micah William

input? ideas? suggestions?

Thanks!

I think Elizabeth Rose is pretty... Abigail Rose reminds me of Avril Lavign (sp) b/c of her clothing line "Abby Rose".
I love all of your names though, very traditional and pretty. As far as boys, Noah William is the nicest imo.

for a girl, i prefer elizabeth rose over rose elizabeth. what about elizabeth jane?

for a boy, i like all of your names except for micah william (it doesn't flow quite as well as the other three).

i think all of your names match each other fairly well - they all sound fairly traditional to me.

Girls- I don't like the first, but the others are okay. I can't decide if I like Abigail Rose or Hannah Bethany better, but...I think I'm leaning towards Hannah (though I don't generally care for this name).
Boys- I like Joel William and Andrew William the best; I don't like the flow of the other two.

I like your style =).

Personally, I don't think that whether sibling names match or not is very important, but if it's important to you, I think William and Jane would match fine with Eli & Leah! Of your suggestions, I also like Rose, Hannah, Micah and Joel.

I love Abigail and Noah. They also go nicely with your other names, IMO. : )

Well I'd go with Rebekah Jane, as I'm a Rebekah myself *cheesy grin* Love that you're choosing to spell it that way to :)

Oh and Noah if it's a boy. If we ever have a boy that's what we're going with to.

I think Rebekah, Hannah or Noah would be great matches. But I like all of them. :)

Abigail Rose (Leah, Eli and Abbey)
Joel William (Leah, Eli and Joel)

I think Leah and Micah would look too similar, as would Eli and Elizabeth.

How about Ryan, Timothy, Zoey/Zoe, Ben, or Zara?
