Middle name for Lillian? (Not 100% on this as a first name, but would like suggestions for middle name anyway)

And how does Ethan Alexander sound? (I'm keeping Ethan, need a good mn)

Ethan Alexander reminds me of Ethan Allen (furniture company if you havn't heard of it) which isn't really a bad thing...just the first thing I thought of. It is a good pairing though.

I can't really help with the Lillian middle names though...all that came to mind was Lillian Grace which is pretty much has a "we couldn't think of a middle name but Grace is pretty" sound to it. I think Lillian would be good with a strong but feminine middle name...but none come to mind right now.

I LOVE Ethan Alexander. I think with Ethan, anything that doesn't end in the an/en sound would be good. Ethan Michael, Ethan Christopher, Ethan James...

I love the way Lilian Rose sounds, and considered naming my daughter that, but then I realized it was two flowers and people might think that's silly. But then if that's what you're going for, it totally works!

I know! I had the exact same thought! So I've decided to use Evelyn Rose and Lillian something instead..

I really like the sound of Lillian Rae. What about Lillian Rain? Or is that just too out there?

Eh, I just realized that then the name would be Lillian Rain Glass. So scratch that idea.

Well that's a little funny. But I was gonna say before I saw that was Rain is a little out there, but the middle name is your chance to "splurge." It's not their first name, and everyone is supposed to be embarassed by their middle name! I also considered Lilian Rose... I LOVE the name Lilian. I want to name my first daughter Lilian Belle. I like Lilian Rae though. It's a good balance. Lilian is so feminine and Rae isn't but is still very pretty.

Lol my last name is Storm, and if I decide not to give her her father's last name, Lillian Rain Storm would be interesting ^_^

Renee is my first daughter's middle name. I may very well choose Renee, since my first daughter died at birth, to honor her. I haven't really thought about doing anything like that, only because I think it would seem kinda..I dunno, stupid. *shrug* But I really like the sound of Lillian Renee..

My grandmother's name was Lillian Elizabeth. I like that and Lillian Mae, but that might be a little old-fashioned. I think it's better than going with something trendy, though. Lillian McKenzie, for example, kind of clashes. It's better with a classic name.

My name is Elizabeth, and the father's mother's family has Elizabeth as a family name (his mom's name is Elizabeth, her mom's mn was Elizabeth, etc). I've never liked the family name thing, and I hate the father's mom.

BUT. If my name wasn't Elizabeth, or I wasn't so bitchy about family names, Lillian Elizabeth would be awesome.

Possibly my daughter. I don't want to use her first name (Kyla) because it makes me feel funny to think about. But I might use her middle name, Renee.
