Middle names!

babynamesI like very old fashioned names. I don't really like all the new names. Though I am a huge fan of mythology. Because of that I LOVE the name Lilith for a girl. In some folklore she is also paired with Samuel which I like for a boy.
The problem? I can't think of any good middle names to go with them. I thought maybe Samuel David, but I dunno. Some suggest some good middle names.
