Being a geek, I check babynames.com when I'm bored at work, and todays name of the day is Jeronimo. Try as I might, I cannot see this as a name.

I agree, it should be spelled Geronimo. And I can't see it as a name either. Maybe a middle name if you like the guy. But everyone would be shouting "GERONIMOOOOOOOO!!!" at the poor kid.

That's too funny. My dad's name is Jerry and he was called Jeronimo by his siblings a lot when he was growing up. But no, I would never name a kid that! Especially not with that spelling!

It's one of those things where one time it was a name and then it became something else and cannot be taken seriously anymore. Kind of like TV show theme songs. *I'll be there for yoooou!* lol
