Which do you like better?

My husband and I aren't planning on having kids for a long while, but we both agree on the name Emily for our first girl. I have a few middle names in mind:

Emily Angelina(after my grandma)
Emily Sofia
Emily Alessia

We're both part Italian and have a very Italian last name, so I thought an Italian middle name would be nice. Any other suggestions would be nice too. I'm aware of how popular Emily is, but hopefully it'll keep dropping in popularity :)

I like Emily Sophia. Emily is really popular but it's also a beautiful classic name, so I don't think you can go wrong with it. Have you considered alternate forms? Emilia is the Italian form and it's quite lovely as well.

I love Emily Sophia. Emily Angelina has a weird feeling to it but if you still want to honor your grandmother I think Emily Angeline sounds beautiful.

I like Emily Sophia or Emily Angelina. I'm not sure which combo I like better, but I really really love the name Angelina and I like the fact that you want to honor your grandma, so I'm going to go with Emily Angelina.
I want to use my grandmother's name as a middle name, too. She's dead, but for some reason I can just feel how happy she'd be about that. Her name is May, so it goes with almost any first name.
but...I'm not having kids for a while LOL.
