Mel Gibson and his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva had a daughter this last Friday, named Lucia.


His other kids are named Hannah, Edward, Christian, Willie, Louis, Milo and Tommy



Edit: Also, supermodel Karolina Kurkova and her husband Archie Drury had baby boy named Tobin Jack Drury.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Lucia... and very culturally appropriate for them.

I approve of all of his children's names (except Milo), particularly Hannah and Christian. (I assume Willie and Tommy are nicknames for William and Thomas?)

I love Lucia. It's on my list, but could not use it as a friend of mine just had a Lucia.
Not crazy about his other children's names, but they aren't bad at all. Milo is interesting, and I would use William or Thomas I suppose, but most likely as middle names.

Tobin Jack? that's pretty neat.

I'm not too much of a fan of Lucia. On the other hand, I really like Tobin Jack, even thought I probably wouldn't use either. I just think it they flow really well.

Okay: Edward, Louis, Jack, Karolina, Mel

What the heck: Willie, Tommy, Archie

William and Thomas with nicknames, not a problem. But to actually name a child Willie or Tommy is ridiculous. Archie... well, his parents were from another time, after all.

I like Lucía but pronounced in spanish and that needs a tilda so you can say Loo-SEE-uh and not LOO-cee-uh.

and I really dislike Mel Gibson xD I had a project to do for a few points in class in which I had to watch Apocalypto and I refused to do it... sad I know.

i like lucia, but it doesn't seem to fit in with his other children's names. i guess that makes sense though because his other children were with a different woman.

I love Lucia, such a great name. I like the Spanish version even better though...but that's a different story.
