I never realized this until now, but one of my favorites on Opendiary is named Destiny Faith. As if that isn't bad enough, Destiny has a son named Chance.

Doesn't that seem... well... stupid?

Some people find it cute, but I personally find it obnoxious.

I must admit, I'm with you on this one. Don't really like it. Then again, I don't like the name Destiny and I dont like the name Chance, but the pair just seems... well.. you said it best, obnoxious=)

Yeah, I agree.

Destiny would be an 'okay' name on it's own, but it's just so... blah with Faith. Too much.
And then naming your child Chance is just overboard.

They're all nice enough names on their own, but yeah bit much all together.

The only name I like out of those is Faith. But paired with Destiny, it's just stupid. And Chance? It sounds like a name for a puppy. Plus, I don't think it's a very flattering name for a child. Almost like naming him Accident but not quite as bad.

I kinda like Chance, but I like Chase much more.

I don't like Destiny at all.

I like the name Chance... but it's because a bunch of friends and myself made a movie when I was in high school, and "Chance" was my boyfriends characters name... just for fun, some of the other characters in the movie

NoneFearDestiny is the name of Destiny, I'm pretty sure, and her husband's is DruNDes, I think. I stopped using OD in April, due to drama. [I dont know if you're in tune with it, but it was the Wende/Shanna/Alanna drama.]

Did you have to see the nasty naked Alanna pics too? I remember the fallout with Shanna and faking her son's cancer. The bust was too much fun but the drama was endless.

And then she wrote the entry about her being fake. *lmao* People have met her in person! They've also met Cohen. And then she goes on to say that SHE didn't even write the entry.

I think it's obnoxious as well. Chance isn't a name and Destiny shouldn't be one either. Destiny is so tacky, along with Trinity and all that junk.

I really like the name Chance, so I can understand wanting to use it, and it's not Destiny's fault that her name is Destiny. But...if she named him that just to be "cute," it's moronic. Heh.
