Hi, I'm new. I'm not going to have a baby, just have a fascination with names. I think it's from having a somewhat unusual name myself. Celeste Renae. I was always thankful that I wasn't stuck with a common name. My parent's tried to name all of us with unusual names. My sister, MacKenzie Lynn and my brother Joshua Hartley(at the time it really was an unpopular name!). For girls I love the name Jordan especially. That's really the only name I'm sure about, so I'm excited to see some more names!

You have a very pretty name :) I have the most ordinary name ever- Mary. I know it was popular for many years, but probably not since my grandma was a kid. My middle name is Linda, another name that went out of style in the 50's. I was named after my 2 aunts- my mom's sister Mary and my dad's sister Linda. Since my name is so boring and ordinary, I like unusual/not popular names. Some of my favorites are:

Emily, Brianna, Brielle, Abalyn, Derek, Ryan, Adrian

Heh another Mary. I'm Mary (also after my mom's sister) Kathleen (my mom's middle name). And Emily and Brianna are some of the top 10 most common names from 2000-present.


And yes, Celeste is a beautiful name, and Jordan is also a great name for a girl OR a boy (one of my best guy friends is named Jordan) Welcome to the community btw :D

My name is Simone, i haven't come across too many in my lifetime. so i've always felt as if my name were pretty much my own.

i also know a little girl named jordan spelled Jordyn. it think its cute.
