What are your favourite names for girls that aren't hyper-feminine by your standards?

My name's Melissa, and I've always thought it a bit *too* girly.

My niece's name is Riley and I'm quite fond of it.
I love Tegan as well.
I like Sam on a girl too. Devon...Skyler...Quinn..Peyton..

Thats all off the top of my head.

I tend to like names tha are not too femenine myself. For girls my top names are:

Antares (this has a family significance... kind of and I love it)
Vega
Rhiannon
Juno
Jordan
and Damien (yes! this is totally a guilty pleasure of mine for girls!)

as for my own name, even if it ends with an 'a' it's actually not overly femenine or more... astrong femenine, not flower-y. I'm a Monica and I love my name, I htink it totally goes with me.

My coworker named her little girl Charlan, they call her Charlie. I think that is really cute.

I tend to love girly-girly names :) the only one I like that I can think of that isn't super girly is Elizabeth, just for the nn Brett.

I've never heard of Brett as a nn for Elizabeth. And my name is Elizabeth!

I think of long, princess-y names as hyper-feminine, even by my own standards - Anastasia, Camilla, Arabella, Liviana - so anything not as full of flourish as names like those are varying degrees of "less feminine."

Agnes
Alice
Ariadne
Athena

Beatrix
Blythe

Emmeline

Florence

Gray

Helen
Helena

Jane
Josephine
June

Leila
Lucy

Penelope
Persephone

Rose

I never thought Melissa was too girly, especially with Mel being the first syllable (my bff is a Melissa and everyone calls her Mel, though she herself is hyper-girly, ironically!)

I'm not quite sure what'd constitute as hyper-feminine or not... I generally tend to prefer my girls' names to sound feminine - i was never a fan of boys' names on girls or androgynous names. The only one that I do like is Morgan, but Morgan always sounded feminine to me, I can't see it as a boy's name.

for me, too girly would be something that sounded like it had extra frills sewn on, like Christabella. Christa, ok. Bella, ok. Christabel/le, ok. But Christabella is just too too much for my taste

Adrienne is one of my fav. names.

Um I'm having a hard time thinking of names like that... probably because I'm all for girly-girl names and most female names sound like that to me!

Maybe Taylor and Roisin? Antonia too.. and Megan. Brenda.
Then Monica. Definitely Shawna/Shauna. Brianna, also. And Felicia!

Beth
Anne/Anna
Della
Cora
Penny
Drew
Andrea
Kelsey

Leslie
Shea
Carey
Janna
Allison
Taylor
Tara
Liberty
Clea
Kaylen

I guess the most girly names that I like are Linda, Stephanie, and Alexandra, and I don't even think those are that girly compared to what else is out there.

My daughter's name is Averie and it's not too girly/boyish.

Hmmm, that's hard because I tend to like feminine names. To be more specific, I guess I like names that can't be construed in any way as boy names, which is different. :)

Maybe:

Darcy
Dana
Daria
Elise
Tatum
Sami
Cora
Zooey
Hana
Mica
Renee
