I like Miles as well. I don't really like the others. Xavier is pretty nice, though. Jadon would be confused with Jayden.

I also like Xavier Miles or Miles Xavier.
Unfortunately, Xavier Evander doesn't work very well because of the -er endings.
I'm not a huge fan of Jasper and Marcel but I really don't like Jadon.

Date: 2009-10-24 05:09 pm (UTC)Jadon is too trendy. Ugh. Jadon/Jaden/Jadyn/Jayden/etc. need to just STOP. (No offense against you...it's just that every freaking kid these days has that name and I don't get the allure at all.)
Marcel and Xavier are both okay, but not my style and I feel like they're like...trying too hard to be different? Maybe that's just me, though...
Evander is okay, too, but it always makes me think somebody liked both Evan and Alexander and couldn't decide.
My theory is that anything goes for a middle name, unless it creates some really unfortunate name combo (Ben Dover, for example, or something like that...), or unless it's just really stupid ("Danger, so he can always say, 'Danger is my middle name and mean it!'"), and since none of these fit either of those examples, I'd say anything on this list would be okay for a middle name.
Miles Evander, Miles Jasper, Jasper Miles, and Jasper Marcel are my favorites. If you really want to use Jadon despite the popularity, the middle name would be the place: Miles Jadon sounds great.
