hi. im new.
i am having a real hard time coming up with a name for my son.
any ideas?
our last name is outin - pronounced: out-in
the middle name is patrick (a family name).
i love unique names, or unique spellings of common names..

i have an eight month old daughter named mikaylah and want the names to somewhat sound good together.

...any help would be appreciated.

James Patrick Outin I think sounds great. But I don't think it goes too well with Mikaylah.

You might consider Seth Patrick Outin, Aaron Patrick Outin, Bryce Patrick Outin, Nathan (Nate) Patrick Outin.

I really like Seth, because it's cool but still traditional and dignified. I think it goes well with Mikaylah.

I think either a name that starts with M or K would sound really good with your daughters name.
I really like the idea of Mathew(Matthew) and Mikael(Michael).
These are just some other suggestions:
Kaden
Karson
Kael
Kaiser
Keagan
Kristopher
Kyle
Kyson
Madden
Madison
Maximous
Mikael
Milan
