ok so i LOVE the nickname emmy, but the only full names i really know of are emma, emily and emerson.

i love emma, but i dont know, i would call her emma. calling her emmy seems like it would be strange and unnecessary.

not much of a fan of emily, to be honest. its ok, but its also my best friends daughters name, so its out.

i absolutely adore emerson, but everyone says its a boys name, which doesnt really bother me much because i love the tomboy thing... (francesca and josephine are two of our other favorites) but the problem is that the husband doesnt like emerson. so that pretty much rules it out.

last night i saw something about emmy rossum on entertainment tonight (i had never heard of her before but they said she is a star of some kind) and they showed some divorce papers, i think, that said emmanuelle. well i hate that too.

so, babynamers, what else is a good full name that emmy could be a nickname for?
