I think its lovely and I even like it spelled Rachael.
I don't think its too common, especially now that Friends has been off air a while.
What middle names are you thinking of?

Not sure yet on middle names. Lenora was my husband's grandma's name so we were kind of thinking of using that, but we really haven't gotten as far as a middle name.
