i think anya probably shouldn't have any kind of noun as a middle or last name, because it sounds so much like "on your _____" so anya violet sounds like "on your violet" which isn't terrible, but just a little awkward sounding.
i like anya colette. anya caroline would be really pretty. anya elise is cute but doesn't flow.
