A girl in my A&P class is named Aziza. Wdyt?

I love it but would never use it b/c it would be pretty weird on a white girl. The name is Arabic and I believe the Aziza I met is Middle Eastern. I just think it's an awesomely beautiful name.

Aviva is my Hebrew name, but now even I think of the life insurance company when I see it. Stupid commercials! :/

I love it but would never use it for the reasons you stated. I also love the name Asisa (ah-see-sah), it's Hebrew but I would fear "ass" insults from her peers. Aviva is pretty too.

I like how energetic and "zippy" it is. Weirdo that I am, I also like the fact that it's a palindrome. :) But it would, as you say, be pretty weird on a white girl.

I'm multi-racial and am sometimes mistaken for Middle Eastern (or Mexican), so it probably wouldn't be too weird on my child... ^^
