Elixyvett

Wow. I was surfing www.thinkbabynames.com for the heck of it and I came across this one: Elixyvett. It's supposed to be a combination of Elizabeth and Yvette. The other forms of it are Alixevette, Elixyvetta, Elixyvetha, Alixyvetta, and Elixyveth. It's something that I think sounds great, but it's also odd.
Well, I went to a list of combination names and here are some I found:
Brandilyn, Latanya, Joelle, Jobeth, Ruthann, etc are more normal combination names. I found an interesting one called "Lieselotte" a combo of charlotte and Liesel. I think that one's too weird.

Lieselotte is a combination of Elizabeth and Charlotte. It is an old-fashioned name in Germany.
Elixyvett just sucks. I have problems to pronoucne it.
Brandilyn and Latanya souns like trash to me.

My grandma was named Lieselotte, she was a German immigrant. Went by Lee most of the time, because people had a hard time saying it. (So I am told - she died the year I was born) I am indirectly named for her with Leslie

Liselotte is not uncommon in The Netherlands. I quite like it =).

Elixyvett is a whole other story. I think it's crazy and not even remotely pretty.

lieselotte is kinda pretty... i wouldn't use it, but it's kind of pretty... elixyvett is a little out there for me, but i can see it's appeal. i might saddle a futuristic character with it ;) i defintitely like elizabeth better though. the rest of 'em... eh. not a fan.

I love Jobeth and Ruthann. Joelle is pretty, too. The others are a little too weird. Wouldn't Elizavette/Elizyvette be a better spelling of the Elizabeth/Yvette combo? Not that I think it's a good name anyway...

I think Lieselotte is pretty, but that's because I know it's an old German name and it seems very classic.

Joelle is okay, I guess. The rest are hideous. Brandilyn does sound trashy, and Elixyvett sounds like a mom was trying too hard to be different.
