There are some other ones I think are ok, and some that are simply not my style.
The only ones to which I really have to say NO are Nevaeh (tacky and incredibly overused), Star (kind of tacky as well) and Tawny (just plain weird...see: Dictionary - tawny (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/tawny).
Nice list overall, though!
