WDYT of Imre? Boy or girl?

I've never heard that before.

It's a boy's name in Hungary, but other than that I'm thinking how the heck do you pronounce it if you're anywhere else in the world!?

(Canadian here) In my mind I say it like "Immrey"

I've only seen, never heard it, but I just say it "Immrey". Which is probably incorrect, lol.

I've never seen it before. It reminds me of Omri, the main character in The Indian In The Cupboard, so it would seem masculine to me.

haha aww... I just thought it was pretty cool... unique in my part of the world, but not too speshul.

I've only seen it as a girl's name (in Dutch). Here we pronounce it IM-reh.
