Here are a few of my favorite names! Please vote and tell me what you think? In my own opinion, I dont think they're bad names :) Anika has always been on the top of the list for the pat 9-10 years. :) Enjoy!

VOTE on my Name List

I'm a baby name mood tonight. My guilty pleasure name is Hobie, I like the way it sounds. Stole it from Baywatch (yes, Baywatch, laugh at me if you will). Fell in love with the name.

Vivienne is the French form. Vivianne is a variant of it. Vivien was the spelling used by Tennyson in Idylls of the King. All of those are legitimate variants. Although Vivianne does annoy me becuase it's like a cross between Vivian and Vivienne, which have totally different feels to me.

My thoughts:
Anika Caitlyn (Ani) - dislike Anika, like Caitlin, but only that spelling. I dislike random Ys.
Sarah Rebecca - nice, but the middle of the names kind of mush together with all the R
Vivian Renee - love Vivian, and Renee isn't terrible, but it's a bit dated and totally drags down a wonderfully strong, dark, magical name.
Natalie Paige (Nat, Nattie) - it's fine, but does nothing for me. Sounds like it'd fit right in with other popular names today.
Katherine Saffron (Kate or Erin) - Love Katherine (Erin is an interesting nn idea, though a bit contrived), but Saffron is too weird and I don't like it paired with Katherine. Too similar of endings.
Eleanor Claire (Ellie) - beautiful name, but I wish you went for Nora or Nell as a nn-- less common and I like them way more.
Emily Ophelia (Milly) - gorgeous combo, and I love Milly
Amelia Alexandria (Milly) - lovely. I like the alliteration, but I think Amelia Alexandra would flow better.
Abigail Savannah (Abby) - love Abigail/Abby, but Savannah totally destroys it for me. Blech.
Evelyn Almira - love Evelyn, Almira is meh, but lovely combo just the same
Ayla Samantha - Nice sound, though not a fan of either name
Caroline Nicole (Carrie) - nice and classic. I like it. But I dislike Carrie and would much prefer Caddie, Callie, or even Caro/Carro.
William Alexander (Will, Liam) - love William, it's my favorite, and those are my two favorite nns too. Alexander is handsome, but it's sooo boring as a middle name. William goes wonderfully with more quirky things.
Joshua Lawrence (Josh) - Decent. Rather plain.
Thomas Jonathan (Tom, Tommy) - love Thomas, Jonathan is okay. Not a terrible combo.
James Edward (Jamie) - love James and Jamie, and I really like Edward. Nice combo, but as with William and Thomas I like things that are a little different to be their middle names.
Tristan Nicholas - I really like this combo. They complement each other well.
Ethan Matthew - Ick. I'm starting to not be able to stand Ethan, and I've never liked Matthew, and there's too much th.
Patrick James (Ricky) - love love love Patrick. Dislike Ricky. There isn't really a permanent nn for Patrick I do like, though I don't mind Pat on occasion. Love James, but boring as a mn.
Jeffrey Winfield (Jeff) - Okay, Jeffrey/Jeff is pretty dated, but it sounds freaking awesome with the mn Winfield, so thumbs up.
Andrew Orion (Andy) - Andrew is kind of nice. Cool combo.
Mitchell Kenneth (Mitch) - This is very meh for me. Mitchell isn't too exciting, and I dislike Kenneth.
Declan Nathan - Heh. No, the endings are the same, but most of all-- when you say it together it sounds like someone saying "declaration" with a speech impediment. I do like Declan though. Nathan is just okay.
Kyle Zachary - This is straight out of the late 80s/early 90s. And I dislike both names.
