Well, except, I just found out (via facebook) that her name is spelled Aaryanna.

Seriously, how could she have messed that up even worse?

Ugh, I hate that name even when it's spelled correctly. It just sounds so harsh and trashy imo.

That spelling is bad, but at least she didn't do the trendy double Y thing. Like...Aayeryyaynah. *shudder*

I like that name...it's my stepdaughter's name, so I "have" to...but putting Aryan in there really bugs me.

The really interesting thing is that in a webcomic I read, Aaryanna (that spelling) is a demon specializing in pain and terror.

Why would you mess up a lovely name like Ariana? It's not like it's terribly common, where you might feel a need to make it 'different.' In my opinion, this is what people do who are too stupid to think of consequences. Or learn to spell.
