A girl I went to school with just had her second baby. A boy named Jacob Michael. He joins sister Kourtnee Alyssa.

Kind of meh, but wayy better than Kourtnee. I thought was playing on spelling it Jakob, but apparently changed her mind.

I wish it was Courtney instead of that horrendous thing so I could say that Jacob Michael is boring and not my style at all, and that Courtney Alyssa looks stuck in the 80s. While also being boring and not my style. But no, now I have to split it up and say that Alyssa is dated and boring, and Kourtnee is supremely ugly.

Why do some people give respectable names to their sons and trashy hooker names to their daughters? I'd feel extremely insulted if I were this girl.

As a Courtney, I take great offense to the recent misspellings! I was talking to a woman on the phone who asked if I spelled my name with a C or a K. I almost said, "With a C, thank God!" but luckily I didn't because she said "Oh, my granddaughter is Courtney but with a K!" I wanted to say, "I'm sorry..."

I partly blame the Kardashians.
