I love them all except Edith.

Adelina and Amelia =)

I don't like any of them. I think Edith, Lydia and Sylvia are just really old and ugly, Adelina and Amelia aren't my style at all.

Any suggestions? I am open to anything really, I just don't want anything thats too popular.

Adelina - it's pretty, but I prefer just Adeline. I like Addie, and Leelee is cute.
Amelia - I've really come around on this and think it's cute. I like Mia, but my favorite nn is Millie.
Edith - LOVE it, and Edie is the most adorable thing ever.
Lydia - like it. It's got a neat dark feel to it. Dislike Didi though.
Sylvia - it's okay, but I like just Sylvie better *gasp*
Regan - don't like it on a girl... it seems so masculine and the only one I've ever known was male. Reggie doesn't make sense because it doesn't have a hard g and Regan does, and if you pronounce it with a hard g then it just sounds silly.

I love the name Lydia alot but my husband just said that he thinks it will be an easy name to tease because it rhymes with an std.

Tell your husband he's crazy because it only rhymes with the last 3 syllables of an STD and not the entire word, which doesn't count as rhyming!

Amelia is cute.
My Goddaughter is Emelia but we call her Emy for short.

The only one I like is Regan. I also think Milla as a full name is nice.

i like Adelina-- I had a good friend with that name. I also like Sylvia a lot. Not so much a fan of Amelia or Edith.

I like Amelia and Lydia...Sylvia isn't bad, and Regan is OK but how would you pronounce it?

I still like Tessa with your last name and it seems to fit your style.

Adelina--This name is just a bit too princessy and fluffy to me, but I like the nickname Della
Amelia--I like Amelia a lot but I do worry about it's popularity
Edith--I really like the nickname Edie, and I think Edith is just fine
Lydia--I love this name
Sylvia--I have a cousin with this name so I'm attached to it. She also goes by Sylvie sometimes
Regan--I hate this on a girl

I LOVE Amelia and Lydia (but not Didi) and Edie (but not Edith). The others I don't particularly care for...HATE Sylvia.

Amelia is one of my favorites. It's so classic to me.

I have a friend (early twenties) named Edith. She always goes by Edie (or Ed, which I'm to blame for, but it fits her). It's kind of a quirky name because it's certainly still considered one of those Granny names along side Maude and Agnes, but she's a quirky girl so it works. Edith is also a character in a Louisa May Alcott book (The Inheritance), so it's got a nice literary in to it.
