character names

I'm trying to come up with some names for characters for a story. So far, this is what I need help with:

1. I need two female names that rhyme or sound similiar. The three possible sets I've come up with are Shannon/Rhiannon, Marissa/Laurissa, and Christina/Katrina. I'd really prefer if they're longer names, but I'm stuck at the moment, so any suggestions are appreciated!

2. I want to name two additional female characters after places in New Jersey. (just bear with me here, haha.) This is the list of possible town names so far:

Ardena
Auburn
Avalon
Brielle
Concordia
Eldora
Estell(e)
Glendora
Iona
Keasbey
Kinkora
Lenola
Leonia
Normandie
Olivet
Roselle
Salem
Verona

Do you guys have any other suggestions in that theme? I'm pretty sure I'll use Roselle. My other favorites out of those are Ardena, Auburn, Glendora, Lenola, and Leonia.

Like I said before, any input is greatly appreciated. I haven't started naming the male characters yet, but I'm sure I'll be back with more questions once I take on that part of the project ;)

I guess it depends what kind of characters they're going to be but I like Lenola & Eldora the most :)

Both sets are sisters with unintentionally (but unfortunately) themed names.

I am starting to learn toward Lenola or Auburn. Lenola just sounds nicer each time I read it.

I'm partial to Shannon/Rhiannon since my name is Shannon.

Out of the New Jersey towns I like Eldora, Estelle, Lenola, Iona, and Verona.

See, I like Marissa/Laurissa, but the only Laurissa I've known in real life was...well, let's just say I was not a fan of her, haha.

My cousin is Laurissa, and she's awesome - and I remember growing up she was bothered that all the things with her name were Larissa, she would have loved a book with a character that had her name. Because of that I vote Marissa/Laurissa.
