A little too over-the-top and frilly for my personal tastes, but I have to admit that it is rather adorable! It brings to mind a cute little girl with dark hair.

I'm not sure how well it would work on a grown woman, however; I'm not usually one who thinks like that, because I figure that for most people, the name grows with them, but I'm not sure about that one. Well, she could always shorten it to Rosa, I guess (or even Bella).
