Their abstract is terribly lacking, leaving me to question their methodology. Also, since all the articles I can find disagree on what their article says, I'm tempted to believe my reading that it's a boatload of speculation.

What about all the violent names that are becoming popular -- Gunner, Hunter, etc. etc. -- those sound scarier to me than dear ol' grandpa Walter.

I think that the names with Arab roots is a little stereotypical... Malcolm & Kareem. Garland, Ernest and Walter sound a little pansy to me. I think Dominic should be on there.
