Like the name since I have a fascination for Greek names, but given the mythology I wouldn't name a child that. Much like I wouldn't name a child Danaƫ due to the mythology.

I named a foster kitten Phaedra once. Love it, but find the spelling (as you said) cumbersome.

I like it and I don't understand why the spelling is a big deal. Seems fine to me - it's greek. I've seen worse.
