I don't mind it but I see it as regional. Most Craigs I know live in rural areas or are from the Midwest. Not a bad thing but I categorize Craig as much like Dale, Eric, Keith, etc.
Hmm. I don't hate it, but I am not feeling the love either. My FIL has that name and it is probably the only name we did not consider in our families as a name for our son.
I don't like it, but probably because of the negative association with a mean teenager who teased me and scared me when I was little. I also second the issue of having to reply, "No, not Greg, Craig!" Neither name impresses me.
My maternal grandfather and eldest maternal uncle were/are (respectively) Craig. I like it, but it's not a favorite. I love the way they say it on Degrassi though... if you're Canadian I say go for it! Lol.
