With the news of Michael Jackson's death I looked up his siblings.  I knew he had a lot but I didn't know all their names.  Thanks to wikipedia I now know the whole family.  Lots of interesting ones, what do you think?

Wow.. You mean this Alejandra was married to TWO Jackson brothers and had 5 kids total with them? o_O
And Janet was married with a guy named the same as her brother?? As though Jermaine were THAT common! LOL

Most of their names are pretty awful, imo.
I can be tacky, so I quite like Paris Katherine, on her at least, she's so cute!

Yep. The last name listed was the same for both, and it wasn't a common name - so I think they are the same person. I wonder how that plays out at family picnics...

Even though it's only being used as a third name here, I love Jo on a girl. And Autumn Joy is nice.

Jo is my middle name and I have always hated it. :( Some people can pull it off, but I came from a town that is made fun of because it's seen as hick-ish and I get told that I have a "hillbilly name" all the time because Jo is my middle name.

I think it's cute as a nickname for Joanna or something, though!

Aw that sucks! It's just Jo on its own? If I used it for my own kid I'd go with Josephine for a full name.

My town is tiny and we have one Joanna, one Johannah and a parent named Joanne. The Joanne and Joanna are called Jo for short and the Johannah is called Jojo. I guess because I'm from the North or something it's not really an insult to call someone a hillbilly or to really even use something like that as an insult.

I'm in the north, too (Michigan), but I grew up in a farming town surrounded by a lot of much richer towns, so it was rough as far as teasing was concerned. :P

And yeah. My middle name is just Jo.

My grandma is Mary Jo (she goes by her first and middle names)
My aunt is Betsy Jo (she just goes by Betsy)
and I am Krysta Jo (just Krysta, please!)

I used to work with a girl named Joanne who went by Jo and it really worked for her. She was beautiful and athletic and it just fit her perfectly.
