My list of girl names that I love, or would honestly consider using, is now down to one and I feel it needs to be added to.

My top name is Isabel(la).

I love the nn Ally, but cannot  decide on a longer name! I like (but not love) Milla, Ruby, Claire, Jocelyn, Hannah, Lucy, Lily, Gabrielle, Annabel, Ellie.

I tend to like a lot of the names ending in "elle", "la", or "ee" sounds, so creating potential sibsets is hard because I don't want potential children to have too similar sounding names. So, basically, I'm after some girly names that are not overly common but still not too strange. Yes, I know some of my names above are popular, but that is why I don't love them :)

Also, I kinda like the name Thea. WDYT?

I love the nickname Ally! I have Alexandra, Allison/Allyson, and Alexis on my list.

From your list, I really like Claire, Jocelyn, Lucy, and Ruby.

Isabel is pretty. I like that spelling best, or maybe Isobel. I'm never sure.

Ally is cute, but I'm glad you think it needs a longer name too! Alexandra, Allison, Alice, Alastriona, and Alberta would be my favorites.

I like Claire, Hannah, Lucy, Lily, Annabel, and Ellie (needs a longer name too though).

Not really a fan of Thea, but Theadora is nice.

You're looking for suggestions too, right?

How about some Greek names? They are pretty if you like somewhat princessy names, like Calandra/Calantha, Thalia, Diantha, Evania, Helicia, Phaedra, Leandra...

And hey! I just thought of something. If you like both Thea and Ally, how about Althea?

I like Allie, but Ally spells "ally" to me, like the allied powers in WWII. Or Ali. But preferably Allie.

ideas:
Alexandra
Allison
Alice
Alyssa/Alissa
Alexis
Allegra
Alessandra
Alana
Aliza
Alicia
Alisha

Out of the others you listed, I like: Ruby, Claire, Jocelyn, Lucy, Lily, Annabel, Ellie. Thea is okay. Not my style but okay.

I don't like Milla or Gabrielle. And Hannah is so boringly over-used that I don't like it anymore. It is a pretty name, though.

My name is Isabelle and I find it much too common for a French speaking person (it's very, very common here - and we're almost always nicknamed Isa) but I guess it would be nice for a little girl in another country.

I like names ending in "elle" too. Gabrielle is one of my favorites. Others: Danaëlle (love it), Gaëlle, Maëlle (I guess you can leave out the ¨ on the e since it's never used in English). Then there's Cybèle (or Cybelle/Cybel), that I use in the Internet and often in real life, too.

Thea is very nice. I really like it.
