On monday, one of my friends had a baby boy.  They named him Tristan Elijah and their 2 year old is named Ashton Jordan.

Wow not a big of any of the names (Elijah is okay) but I love the combos and think they work great for brothers.

Ashton Jordan sounds funny to me.. I think it's because they both end in similar sounds.

Not a big fan of Tristan [it's a bit too feminine for my tastes], but I like the combo Tristan Elijah.

I love the combo (and both names) Tristan Elijah. I have never known a Tristan girl, only guys (and very masculine ones too...lol) so it doesn't sound fem to me.

I don't like Jordan, but ashton is cute.

My (female) cousin's name is Tristyn Jordan, so I find that rather funny that both names are a part of (male) combos.
I've never thought of Jordan as a boy's name. I really, really think it's feminine and sounds bad for a boy.

I'm a Trista, so of course Tristan sounds sorta feminine to me (because I'm a girl), but I still adore it. It's a wonderful name!
