Nickname for Eva.
(because I'm a nicknamie kinda girl)

What do you think...
Evy or Evie.
Evie looks better but.. Evy is... different.
And probably very annoying.
(as is me writing this post in prose)
Does it look like it would be pronounced any different to Ee-Vee ?

Ive never really thought of having a nickname for a name that is only 3 words. Usually if I like a name and its short im just going to call my kid my that name but if your into nn's then go for it. I love Evie. Its on my list as a nickname for Evelyn :)

Evie is fine, although it looks quite long, considering it is meant to be a shortened version! But I think you can't really go wrong with these spellings because none of them are too atrocious or anything

Yeah, husband vetoed all alternative spellings of "Evie" anyway *rolls eyes* I know she'll end up being an "E-bee" anyway LOL
I'm one for nicknaming is all, Chris was a Christopher until I started seeing him (now everyone calls him Chris) my dad hates my name - Nicola, and only lets me answer to Nikki so it's just the way it is (meanwhile he hates it when I call my sister Becca.. my brother is known to me as Cammy)
