I love it! I wouldn't use it, because there are others I favor above it, but that's the only reason.

I think either of those would work fine as nicknames. Personally, I'd use Zeck.

Pronounced as it looks. I also like the name Zachariah, and don't know what I'd do for a nickname there, because I hate the nickname Zack. It just makes me think of "Saved by the Bell."

I wouldn't use it. I don't think I'd like it on someone elses son just because I don't like it. I think that Zeke would work as a nickname; I wouldn't expect Zach to work, I think it'd have to be Zech.

I'd never seen Zechariah, only Zachary and Zaccaria in italian.
I'd go on Zachary in english, nickname Zac.

I hate Zeke with a passion, even for Ezekiel.

Well, I've never heard of it outside of the Bible. I think that's why I enjoy it so much. I like it, and it isn't all that popular.

I like Zechariah. I've actually considered it, but my husband prefers the traditional Zachariah. So...

But, Zech, Zecks (which sounds way too much like 'sex' for me, but one of my OL friends uses it), Zach, or Zeke would work as nicknames. I've also heard 'Riah' as a nick for Zachariah...

I love it. I enjoy non-popular biblical names. my second son is a Judah. I think zeke is cute I have tons of odd NN's for both my kids and some sound nothing like there names hahaha

I love the fact that it isn't very popular like most bible names, (Mark, John, etc.) No one I've asked has been too thrilled with it, but I adore it. Oh, well. I won't be having kids for a long while, anyway. haha.
