I think I would take my middle name- Francesca. It just seems so strong and unique without being too unique.
Other than that, (as cliche as it sounds) I would love to have the name Cosette, because I am madly in love with Les Misérables, and Cosette is my favourite character from it.

I think everyone should feel free and able to change their name if all or part of it doesn't fit. My sister is even thinking of changing her middle name, and since hurricane Katrina she's been thinking of changing her first name too!

Everyone's going to be shocked, but I would love to be named Esther. I think it's a gorgeous name with a gutsy lady behind it, and the nickname Esti is fabulicious!

That, or Hanna, my late granny's name, pronounced more like the Hebrew Chana, but I'm saving that for a daughter :)

Well I would make my middle name be Brette, instead of Beth. My mom wanted Brette but my dad got his way... and I've always hated my middle name.

If I could rename myself I might change my first name to Jenny, because I always thought I looked like a Jenny for some reason. Not Jen, not Jennifer, just Jenny. =D

my maiden name was Torey Elizabeth Ready (yeah like ready to go) so obviously i'd change my last name...

NOT Amy because I know a baaaaaaad Amelia who is known as Amy and, hmmm, Lia's just kind of... the end of the name, you know what I mean? Like I had a speech impedient and could only pronounce the last couple of syllables.
