Willow Grace flows better on its own, but depending on the last name, Grace Willow could end up sounding/flowing better.

Personally, I love the name Grace, and I don't care how overused it is. However, Willow is the name of my uncle's dog so I sort of get that image in my head. =D

Willow always makes me think of the girl from Buffy.
