Friend of mine had a baby March 21. She told me his name was Silas Emmanuel, and I really liked her pick.

Come to find out, his name is Cyhlas Emanuel.
Emanuel isn't bad at all, but Cyhlas? Well, that's just mean.

Any thoughts?

why'd she do that? lol silas is weird enough on it's own. i mean i like it, but it's not common at all and it was unnecessary to change the spelling of a name a lot of people probably have never heard anyway.

I totally agree with lustdumpster. Silas is pretty unusual and a lot of people won't have heard it, but... Cyhlas is just unnecessary!

Emanuel is nice though.
