giselle sounds like gazelle.

I do love Isabella. Spelled Izy not so much.

Giselle makes me think of Enchanted & when James Marsden's character says 'Oh Giselle'.

I love Isabella, though. It's on mine & my fiance's future baby's name's list.

isabella is very popular and i think very cute. i would use isabelle though. i like that better. and call her bella. but i cant cause we have a dog named belle and so its ruined isabelle for me.

giselle is fine i guess but it reminds me more of gazelle(the animal) than the supermodel.

The names apart are fine, but together they sound awful.

I would like the name Giselle if it didn't sound so similar to "jizz". I hate Isabella.

I like Isabella, but have never warmed to Giselle.

I had a dream about a name the other night, too. My fiancé and I had a daughter, three years old. I don't remember what her name was actually supposed to be, but in my dream, she woke us up by jumping on the bed one morning and insisting that we call her Yale. I kept telling her, "That's a boy's name. You don't want a boy's name, do you?" but she was very set on it. It ended with my fiancé and me deciding to indulge her. And in my dream, I actually thought it somehow suited her.

On waking, all I could think was...Yale? What the hell?

As far as I know, I'm not pregnant...at least, I'd better not be! If so, Fetus will have to reconcile herself to a different name. It was definitely Yale she was requesting, just one of those things you know in a dream, like how I somehow knew she was three.
