[identity profile] sarahness.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
Forgive me. I'm pretty sure I've posted this same (or a very similar) request before, but I'm hoping to get a different set of suggestions this time around because, well, I'm still stuck. :\

The boyfriend and I have decided to name our daughter Amelia. As family tradition (on his side), we've also decided to give her two middle names. In tribute to our mothers, one of her middle names will be Marilyn (to combine Marie & Lynn -- our mothers' middle names).

I know the logical thing would be to name her Amelia Lynn Marie or Amelia Marie Lynn, but seeing as these are the two most popular middle names in the universe, I just can't bring myself to do it.

I'm not thrilled with the flow of Amelia Marilyn, so I've been hunting for the perfect name to fit between the two.

I'm not worried about how long the name is since no matter what, her name is going to be long (last name being Van Scoyoc).

He's already shot down Jane, Elizabeth, and Ivy, which are my favorite ideas so far, so I'm hoping to get some suggestions here.

Long story short, Amelia _____ Marilyn Van Scoyoc. What fits?

I didn't even realize the baby was due in June, but one of my first thoughts was Amelia June Marilyn Van Scoyoc.

Of course, you said Jane was already shot down and they are rather similar, and I know some people think it's cheesy to use the birth month as part of the name, but just thought I'd mention it.
