Today, I found out what my SO's cousin is planning name her twins.  She already has a 2 year old son, Ethan. 

The twins will be:  Emma and Evan.

I like the names individually enough (especially Evan) but hate them together. It's not even just that they are all E names, but they're all two syllables and haev a similar sound (Emma and Evan sound the same, and Ethan and Evan end the same)

I love Evan. Emma and Ethan are okay, but not ones I'd use myself. Together, they're a bit much, but they could be worse.

I love all the names (Evan is my best friend's name <3) but I hate repetitious sibsets. I know one that is Ethan, Esther, Eli and Ezra. Blech.

never been a fan of alliteration between children myself. On their own they are good names :)
