Surnames as first names

I have to say, her actual surname was pretty bad, but I think it's a bit much to compensate by giving her two alternatives as a first and middle. Plus, of all the surnames-turned-firstnames you see, which is many, O'Neil seems the most unlikely...

Is his last name Thomas? *snicker*" and my brother replied "no...it's Jeffery". Yeah. His first name is a last name and his last name is a first name =|
