Her choice:
Jayleigh Mia

Mine:
Gabriella Kay (Kay is my mom's middle name)
Lilliana (nn Lily) Kathryn

None of them are really my style (other than Lily), but you have vastly superior taste, haha. Gabriella and Lilliana are just too frilly for me. Gabrielle is better, but I don't particularly love the name, and I would personally go with Lily Kathryn.

I hate Kathryn spelt that way and Kay is nms, but your names (which are very lovely) trump hers by a mile and a half. Jayleigh is just... ugh. Tacky. It overpowers the perfectly nice Mia. I don't have a problem with tryndee/wild/offbeat/etc. middle names, so I'd change it to Jayleigh Mia if I were her.
