My husband and I are pregnant with a girl, and we like the name Jocelyn....the "c" is pronounced like an "s" and her middle name will be Felisha because it was his aunts name, and we want to name her after his aunt! What do you think??

Jocelyn is one of my favorite names. I don't much like the spelling "Felisha" but if it's a family name, I suppose I understand.

I love it! Felisha is not my style and I much prefer Felicia...but it's honoring a loved one so I think it's nice.

Forgive me for saying this, but in retrospect a pretty sounding name...but just reminds me of someone saying "NU-UH GURLFRAAAAAAND". Maury style.
With Felisha as a middle name I personally would go with a kind of traditional, or very feminine, "posh" if you will, name. Such as Elizabeth, Evelyn, Josephine etc.

How is Jocelyn not traditional?

It's pretty, but kind of a mouthful - say it outloud a few times, Jocelyn Felisha. I end up saying it "Joshelyn Felisha" by accident. Unless you're pronouncing it Felisha as in rhyming with Tricia?

well, unless you're planning on calling your daughter by first and middle name regularly, I think it's lovely. Jocelyn is a great name and, while I like the spelling as "Felicia", having a family name as the middle name is a lovely way to honor someone.

Not keen on the spelling for the middle name but like people have said if you're naming her after someone there's not much to be done about that. Love Jocelyn. I hope you're not planning on calling her by the whole thing very often lol, it's a bit of a mouthful even though they're both pretty.

i like Jocelyn. I knew a girl who was called "Joce" (Joss) and it wasn't bad.

Felisha..I don't like it :\

I think it's pretty. And I love the nickname Josie for Jocelyn.
