I see these charts sometimes and I don't always feel I am reading the names right, so I ask the nurses because I know they will know. Today I came across one that I was sure I wasn't misreading but had to ask anyway. The name? Manley. I was so shocked, then I read his mothers name- Faithlyn.

As much as I am not a fan of it as a first name, Manley is a legitimate surname, so it could just have been chosen for that reason.

Faithlyn isn't too bad...it sounds like she could have gone to my college. There was an unusual amount of girls whose first names were two names combined into one with no hyphen (Jessann, Ruthann, Angelyn, Sandranell).
