I know a few people who've had babies recently sibs in brackets:

Kayley Pheonix (Emily, Brandon, Jade, Christian, Megan)
Ava Olivia
Charlie-Paige (Connor)
Cian Lee (Letanya, Rhys)

Also, my cousin just found out that she's 12 weeks pregnant with her third child:

The mothers name: Emma Louise
The fathers name: Ryan Lee

Joshua Ryan Lee (2) - The grandma chose Joshua, Father chose Ryan Lee 
Alfie Ryan Lee (4 months)  - Emma chose the 1st name, Ryan the middles

This time she's letting Ryan decide upon the whole name, any thoughts of what it might be? or of names that would work well with the other two?

Well, I don't know about first names, but I'd bet that, if it's a boy, his middle names will be Ryan Lee. If it's a girl, maybe Ryanna/Ryanne Leigh or something like that.

Wow. Creative genius, much? I guess Dad couldn't think of anything else. Either that, or he's just a little bit egocentric.

I wager ten bucks that if the next kid is a boy, his middle name will be...Ryan Lee!!

Is Pheonix a typo or did the parents spell Phoenix wrong?

Just my personal opinion, but I think that the mother should get final decision on the name - she carries it for nine months and then gives birth! Obviously a joint decision is ideal :)
