What do you think of the name Cassidy for a girl?

I really love the name. It seems kind of wild/western without being too OMFG WHAT KIND OF NAME IS THAT?!?!?!
Plus, Cass or Cassie as a nickname is cute as well.

I really have the HARDEST time finding girls names that I like but I really love this one.

my cousin is called cassidy, hes a boy, but i think its probably cuter on a girl. i like girls names with a slight boyish feel. :)

I have a little cousin named Cassidy. Her name was as long as she was when she was born...She's named after her great aunts and grandparents : Cassidy RayAnn Lynn-Marie ... haha

I agree I am a cassandra and till I was married EVERYONE called me cassie and I absolutely hate it....I mean I really do...now they call me by my full name thankfully.

I knew a girl in school who was Cassy and oddly enough everyone thought her name was Cassandra btu she was actually a Cassidy.

I like it because its unusal without being too off the wall.Suits a lot of personalites.
