Girl names...
Feb. 18th, 2009 09:12 pmMy husband and I are expecting our 4th baby at the end of May. We don't know the sex and are having a hard time coming up with a girl name! So I would like a few opinions on these names. :) And I'm VERY open to ANY suggestions! We aren't into creative names though! lol. Anne would be the middle name- in honor of our mothers.
Jordan Anne
Sarah Anne
Katherine Anne
Hannah Marie
Jordan Anne
Sarah Anne
Katherine Anne
Hannah Marie
Sophia Anne
Our boy name is Nathan Brett.
If it helps, the older siblings are: Alexander Joshua, Ryan David, and Joshua Michael.
Thank You!!

Date: 2009-02-19 02:22 am (UTC)Jordan Anne--I am not a huge fan of Jordan for a girl, but the name flows nicely.
Sarah Anne--I find this one pretty boring, but both names are perfectly fine.
Katherine Anne--This one is very nice and has a lot of nickname possibilities if you're into that.
Hannah Marie--I really love Hannah. And I can understand why Hannah Anne wouldn't work =)
Sophia Anne--Of your names listed her, this is my favorite hands down. I think it's classy and flows well.
Suggestions:
Elizabeth Anne
Abigail Anne
Rebecca Anne
Charlotte Anne
Julia Anne
Caroline Anne
Rachel Anne
Emily Anne
Olivia Anne
Isabel Anne
Josephine Anne
It feels like you go more for classic names, and you might think some of these are kind of boring but that's just what occurred to me when I thought of classic girls names. I have to say I LOVE all of your boys names, it's so nice to see such lovely strong names.

Date: 2009-02-19 02:41 am (UTC)I am totally biased though because my name is Shanna Marie (Shanna is almos tthe same pn as Hannah..just with the S in front.) I have gotten a lot of compliments on my first and middle name together and I'm sure Hannah Marie would get the same compliments.
My second favorite is Katherine Anne

Date: 2009-02-19 02:48 am (UTC)I don't like Jordan. I think Sarah Anne doesn't flow very well, Hannah Marie and Sophia Anne are cute but I like Sophia better.
I don't really like Brett either, but Nathan I like (Nathaniel better, though.).

Date: 2009-02-19 03:51 am (UTC)It might be that my name is Sarah Marie, but I don't think Sarah Anne flows well. I have a friend named Sarah Louise, which I think flows well.
Katherine Anne is kind of boring, in my opinion.
I like Hannah Marie.
I like Sophia, just not combined with Anne.
