IKR? They should be:

- A limit on how many ' you can use per name.
- The letter "y" does not count as a vowel if used more than once.
- Just because it's a Bible/Family/Popular name doesnt mean it's a GOOD name.

I agree with the first two. The third will be taken care of, when I became Name Czar, by only being allowed to choose pre-approved names, like so many other countries.
