I don't like it. It's too 'word made into a name' for me. And this is coming from someone who generally likes word names ;)!
To me it's just...I don't know. Valor, with an 'a' tacked on the end.

I have had issues with a Val in the past so I think I'm biased against it because of that.
But it is a pretty name.

I assume is "Va-lore-uh", which is not the same as valor "Val-er", the word. So that isn't an issue imo.

However, it is too close to velour, a velvet like fabric, and something often used in robes, and those hideous colored lounge clothes that just look like the old style of jogging outfits, only more tacky.

It also makes me think of a name I made up that I like better. Vairlyse - "Vair-leese".
