Need Name Help

I wanted to know which girl combo you prefer.
(girl name pronounced - Rye-Anna not Ree-Onna)

Girl
1. Rhyanna Kathryn
2. Rhyanna Christine

Boy
Aidan Raymond

Suggestions welcome.  Previous children's names are:
1. Brandon Rowland
2. Nathan Steven

Middle names of boys are always family names, but I liked the "un" sound at the end of the names... any other suggestions for boy first names there?

I don't really care for the name Rhyanna, although I love the name Rhys for a boy :P If I had to choose, I would pick Christine because I strongly dislike the name Kathryn :P

I really like Aidan :] The matching "un" sounds at the end feel a little awkward coming out of my mouth, but I like the name Austin.

Is it the spelling? Would it be better as Ryanna?
