WDYT about the names? Some of the Finnish names may sound a bit weird but they are all legit names and some probably a bit old fashioned, too. I'd really appreciate suggestions for boys names that might fit in with my taste because as you can see the boys names list is a bit short :>)

I actually know a girl named Malin, but I had never heard of the name before meeting her!

It's kind of Ah-ne-tah and the t is hard. I'm not actually even sure if the way I like it pronounced is especially an English way but in it the t is very soft, almost like a d.

I really love Malin, I got the name from one of my favorite books :>) A lot of these names are from books actually... And even from the same author whose name is also on the list :D

Yeah, that's true... I've been thinking about it, it really doesn't work in an English speaking country. In Finland the kid might get teased about the gruesome faith Aino had in the Finnish mythology but I don't think they hear about it until they are teens or something.
